We endeavor to create experiences that people love, by revolutionizing the way they connect and communicate with brands.Job DescriptionWhat Your Day Will Look Like?You will represent one of our exciting clients, Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia. You will be their brand ambassador and will play an integral role in acquiring, engaging and retaining customers.Who are Voyages?Voyages operate some of Australia’s most magnificent remote resorts, including the iconic Ayers Rock Resort, and the Mossman Gorge Centre at the gateway to the Daintree Rainforest. Voyages’ mission is to offer their visitors the most enriching experiences possible, while also directly supporting Indigenous communities through training, employment and business development opportunities.You will be servicing new and existing customers, handling complaints, bookings and transferring credits via email, calls and web chat.

• You will receive inbound calls and assist customers with booking accommodation, processes payments and book tour services
• You will answer customer enquiries via email and web chat
• You will put your multi-tasking skills to the test by navigating through multiple systems whilst maintaining customer engagement
• You are confident and resilient and are able to engage with a diverse customer base
• You have a strong attention to detail

QualificationsAbout you;

• This is a full time position and you are able to work 38 hours per week
• Shifts are Monday – Sunday 6am- 17:00 pm and then 7am-18:00 from March (After EST Daylight savings begins)
• Shifts are 7.6 hours per day
• The role is subject to background checks (that we pay for)
