• Introduction and validation of test equipment (buy off, MSA, etc.) 测试设备的介绍与验证（buy off、MSA等）
• Track validation test progress and communicate status with project team. 跟踪验证测试进度并与项目团队沟通状态。
• Coordinate outsourcing test with 3rd party lab. 与第三方实验室协调外包测试。
• Routine maintenance and exception handling of test equipment, spare parts management测试设备的日常维护和异常处理，备件管理。
• Support failure analysis and troubleshooting of product problems. 支持产品问题的故障分析和排查
• Analysis and improvement of test equipment OEE/MTBF/MTTR failure测试设备OEE/MTBF/MTTR故障分析与改进。

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• College or above degree. Major in Electronics/Electrical/Automation/Telecommunication Engineering. 大专以上学历。 电子/电气/自动化/电信工程专业。
• Knowledgeable to electronic product quality and reliability requirement, and related legislation requirement. 熟悉电子产品质量和可靠性要求，以及相关法规要求。
• Be familiar with ICT device/consumer electronics hardware testing, system bring-up and design validation. 熟悉ICT设备/消费电子硬件测试、系统调试和设计验证。
• Strong hands-on skills of reliability, system, EMC, and safety test. 具有较强的可靠性、系统、EMC、安规测试的动手能力。
• Skills of analyzing and documenting test results. 分析和记录测试结果的技能。
• Have good experience in debug, troubleshooting, and failure analysis investigation. 具有良好的调试、故障排除、故障分析排查经验。
• Team work and collaboration sense. 团队精神和协作意识。

Preference will be given to those with the following experience.

• Experience in automotive electronics汽车电子相关经验
• Experience with ICT Keysight 3070 and flying probe testing Takgya ATP 1400 拥有 ICT Keysight 3070 和飞针测试 Takgya ATP 1400 的经验
• Six Sigma GB/BB is plus六西格码 GB/BB 是加分项
