We ensure diversity is celebrated for the opportunity it provides us all to learn and grow and deliver better outcomes for members.Your New RoleThe Tender & Transitions Manager (T&TM) is responsible for growing the Fund’s membership by maximising the number of members joining AustralianSuper through proactive management of B2B tender and onboarding opportunities. Reporting to the Manager – Business Development, the T&TM will manage the tender process, including the preparation of tender documents, coordination with the bid team, and liaison with clients and vendors.The T&TM will oversee and manage the entire new business onboarding process and key transition activities between AustralianSuper and business partners, where AustralianSuper has been named as the default superannuation fund provider. The role will ensure that all key aspects of a transition are implemented and will work with partners post-transition for a 12-month period to implement engagement strategies to increase member density.We are seeking a forward-thinker who is passionate about driving innovation and continuous improvement.
