We provide support relating to commercial proposals for all product lines. Our team partners with the business to continuously improve our processes and performance. Partner with the best You will prepare proposals/bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment. As a Tender and Proposal Specialist, you will be responsible for: Developing complex proposals, tenders, cost models and contracts for the Subsea Production Systems Services & Wellhead business, assist negotiation with customers, and ensures technical and contractual requirements are met. Driving combative pricing, compiling, and submitting required tender documentation. Handling standardized products with pre-defined options requiring client advice. Contributing to Prices and conditions to have a certain degree of granularity. Working on basis of predefined contracts price frameworks, but also negotiate new contracts and agreements. Handling diverse clients within S&SPS space. Cooperating with (technical) sales support to realize sales as well with management to get all approvals in place. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have at least 3-5 years’ experience in Commercial/ Tenders/ Proposals in Oil Gas Have Bachelors in Engineering and/or relevant technical field/background in Oil & Gas Have sound oral and written communication skills, in English Be a subject matter expert in Excel and overall digital platforms such as DealMachine (Salesforce) or Cleopatra Be detailed-oriented and self-starter and have experience in analyzing, translating, and completing complex bids/proposals Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
