If you thrive in an environment where your expertise is valued and where you can help shape competitive total rewards strategies, this is the perfect role for you.Key ResponsibilitiesAs the Senior Compensation and Benefits Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent. Your responsibilities will include:

• Compensation Strategy & Program Administration:

• Support the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and pay equity initiatives.
• Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive pay practices align with industry standards and business objectives.
• Benefits Administration & Compliance:

• Oversee benefits programs, including health, dental, retirement, and wellness initiatives, ensuring they meet employee needs and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to manage benefit renewals, employee inquiries, and compliance with relevant legislation.
• Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Analyze compensation and benefits data to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing total rewards strategies.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership on compensation trends, budget impacts, and program effectiveness.
• Employee Engagement & Communication:

• Develop communication materials and resources to educate employees on compensation and benefits programs.
• Provide guidance and support to HR and managers on best practices related to pay structures and benefits offerings.

QualificationsTo succeed in this role, candidates should demonstrate the following:

• Education & Experience:

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards roles within a corporate or consulting environment.
• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in HRIS systems and compensation analysis tools
• Strong knowledge of compensation principles, benefits administration, and relevant employment legislation.
• Key Competencies:

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset for problem-solving.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to influence and collaborate across teams.
