This is a full-time temporary position for 12-18 months, with the possibility to become full-time. The successful candidate can expect to earn between $18 to $25 per hour.At Fix Auto, we are committed to delivering the highest degree of customer satisfaction through superior workmanship and service. As our customer service representative, you will be the face of our company and play a critical role in our customer satisfaction.Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment where every day is different and is enthusiastic about learning new things. Their customer service skills are second to none and can change their approach quickly to deal with different situations and people.Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in person, over the phone, and through e-mail and provide information on where their vehicle is at in the repair process.
• Complete booking for estimates and vehicle repairs.
• Work closely with estimators and production managers to ensure repair orders are correct and submitted to Insurance companies for payment.
• Effectively manage front office operations and provide support to various departments in the collision center.
• Support estimators by taking thorough pictures of damaged vehicles.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience within the collision industry or another relatable industry is considered preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills with the ability to provide service that is fast, easy, caring, right and clear.
• A team player with a positive attitude who is able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt your approach to different personalities.
• Excellent organizational skills to be able to maintain and manage our courtesy vehicle fleet.
• A valid Driver’s license.
