• Contact potential clients through cold calling and follow-up on leads
• Present and promote HR services to prospective clients
• Utilize effective sales techniques to persuade clients of the value of HR solutions
• Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve service offerings
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies
• Attend training sessions and stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Requirements

• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service, preferably in HR-related services
• Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Highly motivated and target-driven
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Ability to handle objections and adapt to various customer needs
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus
