• Prior experience in telesales / telemarketing / customer services

ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a Tele-Marketing Executive who is experienced in service customer to expand our business in the industry.

• Making outbound calls to potential customers, selling products or services and upselling customers.

• Answering customer calls, answering questions, and handling customer complaints.

• Prepare quotation when needed.

• Contacting client to prompt them to place orders, understand their purchasing decision.

• Update dataset and report of servicing contract singing rate and result.

• Perform online portal submission and vendor registrations.
