• Manage and oversee vendor contracts throughout their lifecycle
• Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors
• Review and analyze contract documents for compliance and risk
• Maintain accurate contract records and databases
• Monitor contract performance and ensure vendor compliance
• Coordinate with internal departments on contract-related matters
• Develop and implement contract management processes
• Prepare reports on contract status and vendor performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or related field
• 3-5 years experience in contract administration
• Strong knowledge of contract law and best practices
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Data analysis and reporting
• Project management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
