Pay Rate -T4 – $64 | Inc – $73.50Client & Project: We are seeking for a new talent to join the Business & Technology Integration team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate with the project team and contribute towards the shared success. The project is for one of the largest workplace insurers in North America, focused on ensuring workplace safety and providing insurance services.Mandatory: Guidewire Implementation experience, Multi Vendor Experience, Fixed Fee Agile experience.Responsibilities:

• As a Technology Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk.
• Your day-to-day activities will include driving profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost, leading delivery, and proactively supporting sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence.
• You are expected to be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience, have influencing and advisory skills, and be responsible for team decisions.
• Additionally, you will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions, as well as provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Delivery Excellence at the master level is required. Technology Architecture Implementation at the master level, Client Delivery Methods (ADM) at the master level, Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) at the master level, and Service Delivery at the master level are recommended.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address project risks and issues
• Lead and mentor a team of technology professionals
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technology delivery
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction
• 1) Prior Experience managing Guidewire Implementation projects (5 Years)
• 2) Agile project Management (5 Years)
• 3) Project Planning & Management (10 Years)
