This role plays a vital part in ensuring equipment reliability, supporting manufacturing lines, and enhancing collaboration with stakeholders.As part of the Plant Engineering, which is responsible for corrective and preventive maintenance on equipment and utilities, you will work within either the Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance team or the Utility Team, depending on priorities during the 12-month period. Success in this position requires close collaboration across departments and stakeholders to ensure spare parts are available when and where they are needed.Your primary focus will be on establishing structure, optimizing efficiency, and maintaining spare parts availability for both equipment and utility assets. The work you do will directly contribute to production reliability, enabling the delivery of high-quality products to customers—on time, every time.About the Team & DepartmentYou will work closely with colleagues across the department, other teams, and stakeholders to ensure spare parts are available when needed. The Plant Engineering (PLE) department consists of approximately 40 employees responsible for manufacturing equipment maintenance, utility operations and maintenance, calibration, and system support across the site.Your RoleAs a Spare Parts Coordinator, you will have a dynamic and impactful role, balancing structured administrative tasks with hands-on collaboration across various teams. While your primary focus will be on building and managing the spare parts inventory, ensuring efficiency and availability for equipment and utility assets. Your days will be varied—some focused on maintaining and updating inventory systems, overseeing receipt, maintenance, and procurement of spare parts, while others will involve manual tasks such as organizing the spare parts. You will work closely with technicians and stakeholders to ensure critical components are available when needed.
