About the Role: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Technical Writer / Knowledge Specialist to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In this role, you will play a key part in creating and maintaining user-centric content that enhances the adoption and usability of the Company’s products and services. As an advocate for the user, you will ensure that product and service information is clear, engaging, and easy to understand. You will collaborate with a dynamic and international team, working on end-to-end content delivery – from customer engagement to operational execution. Responsibilities Develop user-centric knowledge assets that enhance customer experience. Create and deliver high-quality content that aligns with the customer’s journey and knowledge progression. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure all content is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date. Work in a transparent and auditable manner, maintaining accountability and governance security across deliverables. Ensure technical, legal, and financial content is communicated effectively to the target audience. Stay updated on best practices in technical writing and content strategy to improve documentation standards. Requirement Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Guides and Assets. Knowledge of DITA XML and structured content development. Prior experience in writing technical, legal, or financial documentation is an asset. Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Communications, or a computing-related discipline. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technology products and services. Ability to work in an agile development environment and contribute to a fast-paced, evolving landscape. Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and clarity in all content. Ability to meet strict deadlines while maintaining quality standards. Fluent in English, with excellent writing and editing skills.
