Evolution’s dynamic and creative environment creates a unique opportunity for personal and professional growth.Evolution Georgia entered the market in 2018 with the aim of becoming one of the biggest and best employers on the market.We are pleased to announce the vacany for the position of Video Engineer.Job DescriptionInstallation and configuration of studio IT equipment, video walls, video mixers, monitors, switches, signal convertors & CCTV cameras, utilizing software defined tools, also its hardware installation and daily maintenance.Job Duties * IT equipment installation, configuration, repairs, and maintenance

  • Perform technical quality assurance of live studio environments, prepare necessary report data and fill protocols
  • Video mixers, signal converters, splitters and other video devices configuration, installation, and maintenance
  • Network equipment and cabling installation in studios – low voltage, data, SDI, optical fiber installation and maintenance
  • Video walls, promotional tablets and monitors installation, calibration for content in desired quality
  • Installation and administration of CCTV cameras and servers

Responsibilities * Perform his/her duties in accordance with standards and procedures established by the company

  • Comply to Internal Policy and instructions
  • Perform job obligations in proper, high quality and timely manner
  • Ensure compliance and accuracy of the provided information
  • Timely execution of any other reasonable tasks provided by the Direct Manager falling within the held position
  • Replace colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves and other absences, provided that replacement take place during working time and shall not be considered as additional work (overtime)
  • Ensure full attendance at trainings and workshops necessary for job assignments according to the development plan and request of the Direct Manager
  • Be Responsible for trusted work resources and items
  • Carry out the activities related to person safety

QualificationsRequired education, qualification, and skills * Higher education in Telecommunications or Information Technology

  • Professional Working Proficiency in English
  • Deep knowledge and experience of network and video cable management, patching machines, labeling machines, ethernet (RJ45) and coaxial (SDI) crimping tools
  • High sense of responsibility
  • The ability to accurately fulfil the direct management orders and work tasks
  • The ability to work in a team

Required work experienceUp to 3 years formal experience in telecommunication, information technology’s, server hardware and video distribution systems
