• Handle the creation and submission of both technical and commercial proposals for our wide range of customers.
• Perform Product Model Configuration through Emerson’s proprietary tools.
• Log all your work using our business system tools in managing our customers, such as Customer Relation Management (CRM) Cloud, Oracle, etc.
• Collaborate locally and globally with our Emerson factories, sales offices, and colleagues.
• Work with versatile teammates to support your aspirations and career goals with Emerson.

You can proficiently communicate ideas and influence both internal and external customers. You’re interpersonally savvy and able to collaborate and efficiently work with people at any level.For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation and Control, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related courses.
• 1.5 years of relevant experience in customer service doing technical proposal generation, equipment sizing, and selection.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Cloud, Oracle, and Emerson Measurement Solutions products is a plus.
