What are we looking for We are looking for a Technical Services Knowledge Coordinator to join our DW PH Project Services team to support GHD’s strategy of empowering our people, having a connected global network and delivering technically excellent work for our clients by assisting the Service Line Leaders (SLLs) to increase the effective utilization of our global knowledge sharing systems across the Enterprise. Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to: Update and maintain the knowledge hubs on SharePoint Online for all 48 service lines Monitor and manage the content quality, ensuring accuracy and relevance Work with subject matter experts to develop collateral and content Conduct periodic audits to identify and resolve any technical issues or broken links within the knowledge systems Maintain Global Navigation for our sites and site page Ensure pages are built and formatted in standard GHD language, styles and formatting Ensure proper access controls and permissions are in place for different user groups within the knowledge systems. Ensure governance and usability of new pages being built Monitor and manage site storage sizes (delete unused files and manage version control) Request additional storage when sites approach storage limits Monitor user feedback and suggestions to identify areas of improvement within the knowledge systems and implement necessary changes. Train SLLs/SLCs and delegate in maintaining their sites Maintain SL document libraries and taxonomy of metadata Advise best practices for site navigation and design Maintain Experience Finder skill lists Liaise with development teams to identify and report any bugs Provide support and assistance to users with queries and provide guidance on knowledge management systems. What you will bring to the team: Ability to build effective and sustainable relationships with internal stakeholders. Good people relationships and networking skills internally and externally. Highly approachable to staff queries and highly visible in the SL and in the marketplace. Contribute to the continuous improvement our knowledge platforms Extensive usage and experience in the development and support of knowledge solutions in relation to people, process and knowledge enabling tools. Knowledge management technologies including portal management website usability databases and repositories subscription management collaborative and social software content and document management search engines metadata metrics reporting and analytics workflow and process automation applications. Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Microsoft Project) Advanced SharePoint knowledge is essential Knowledge of records and data management protocols and working within a client-solutions focused business.
