Job description: We are a fun and fast-growing marketing startup focused on short-form content for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Reddit.The RoleAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly driven and technically skilled Project Manager to lead and scale the backbone of our Instagram marketing operations. You will take full ownership of a fast-paced operation involving a team managing 50 to 200 Instagram accounts and coordinating up to 1,000 posts daily. This is not a creative or influencer-facing role — instead, you will focus on the back-end of systems, people, and operations.As the primary operator behind our Instagram engine, you will manage complex workflows, ensure operational excellence, and collaborate closely with our tech team to build automations and tools using Airtable, Notion, and N8N. You’ll own delivery, drive productivity, and constantly refine our internal systems for scale.What We Offer

Your ResponsibilitiesProject Ownership & Delivery

• Take end-to-end responsibility for Instagram operations — from people and process to systems and results
• Ensure daily KPIs are met across posting operations at scale, adapting quickly to blockers or performance dips
• Act as the main point of accountability for operational performance, risk, and uptime across the Instagram engine

Team & Workflow Management

• Manage and support a growing team of poster-operatives (starting at 2+), delegating effectively and reviewing output daily
• Establish, refine, and enforce SOPs across all operations
• Monitor performance and advise on recruitment, coaching, or termination decisions as required

Systems, Tools & Technical Process Building

• Build scalable systems for account creation, warming, and posting
• Work cross-functionally with tech to scope, test, and launch automation tools that reduce manual input
• Maintain clean, documented processes in Airtable, N8N, and Notion
• Drive implementation of new internal tools or integrations based on evolving needs

Data, Reporting & Strategic Testing

• Report on daily/weekly/monthly operational KPIs and account performance trends
• Lead testing initiatives across post types, schedules, and formats to increase reach and reduce ban rates
• Identify causes of account bans and work on mitigation strategies, risk protocols, and fail-safes
• Propose and implement new vertical strategies using data-led decision-making

Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication

• Run weekly syncs with the Instagram team to align on performance, blockers, and priorities
• Join weekly operational reviews with other department leads and management
• Serve as a strategic link between operations and tech, translating requirements, testing tools, and delivering projects on time
• Support cross-functional initiatives that impact Instagram performance or operations across the agency

• Hands-on familiarity with Instagram’s backend, trends, and platform limitations is helpful but not essential
• Analytical mindset with confidence in data, dashboards, testing frameworks, and results interpretation
• Clear, concise communicator with excellent documentation habits
• A self-starter who thrives in remote, async work environments
