This initiative is complex, cross-functional, and critical to enhancing the user experience and accuracy for our customers.As a Technical Program Manager (TPM), AI-Driven Bank Reconciliation, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of this cutting-edge program. You will contribute to establishing best practices and growing the value of program management within Xero’s AI team. This role requires a strong blend of technical acumen, leadership, and exceptional communication skills to navigate complex AI/ML development cycles, banking data intricacies, and significant stakeholder engagement.What You”ll Do:
