Job description: Key ResponsibilitiesAV Setup & OperationInstall, configure, and operate AV equipment including displays, projectors, microphones, speakers, video conferencing systems, and control panels.Provide on-site technical support for meetings, lectures, webinars, and live events.Assist in the setup and operation of hybrid and virtual conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).Maintenance & TroubleshootingPerform routine checks and preventative maintenance on AV systems.Diagnose and resolve technical faults in a timely manner.Maintain inventory of AV equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements.System AdministrationAssist in the configuration and testing of AV control systems (e.g., Crestron, Extron).Support the integration of AV systems with IT infrastructure.Document AV setups and maintain user guides for internal reference.Qualifications & ExperienceDiploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, IT, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in AV systems operation and support.Knowledge of AV control systems (e.g., Crestron, Extron), video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams), signage (e.g.BrightSign) and digital signal processors (e.g., Q-SYS, Biamp) is an advantage.Familiarity with networking fundamentals and AV-over-IP technologies is a plus.AutoCAD experience is a plus.Ref ID: 57450Location:Hong Kong, HK, HKBusiness Unit: Commercial GroupFull Time/ Part Time: Full TimeJob Function: TechnicalFeatured Job Category::
