• Foster new services in food (including pet food) and health supplements for local and overseas markets
• Has a strong technical background in the food industry including high competent skills in chemical and microbiological testing. Proficient in ISO 17025.
• High interpersonal and technical skills to resolve customer difficulties.
• Take the lead on account management including technical support, create product testing protocols & SOP on food/supplement testing / inspection services
• Has profound knowledge in food and supplement regulations for local and international markets including labeling requirements.
• Manage technical support team and ensure seamless collaboration between various teams and the labs.
• Manage crossed business lines activities to foster new opportunities for the food team and the company
• Provide training to staff and internal and external customers.

The Person

• Degree in food science or relevant discipline with sound food technology, microbiology & chemical test knowledge.
• 5 years or above food industry and laboratory experience in which at least 1 year are in managerial level
• Chartered member of professional institution, third party laboratory experience and HOKLAS approved signatory are obvious advantage
• Proficiency in English & Mandarin
