Then read on!THE ROLEAs a Technical Account Manager- Enterprise Solutions, you will play a hybrid role that combines both pre-sales Technical Sales Support and post-sales Customer Success. You will ensure the seamless integration of our carbon capture technology into customer operations, delivering exceptional support and technical expertise from pre-sales through implementation and beyond. Working closely with the Carbon Solutions Sales Team, Engineering, Operations, and our customers, you will provide technical leadership, project oversight, and customer support to drive success and adoption of our DAC solutions.You will report directly to the VP Enterprise Sales and act as a trusted advisor and technical expert, ensuring customers maximize the value of Skytree’s technology while fostering strong, long-term relationships.YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT BYTechnical Leadership: Serve as the technical expert on Skytree’s Cumulus, Stratus, and DAC Hub products, articulating their capabilities and value to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.Customer Success Management: Guide customers from pre-sales to implementation, providing project oversight and ongoing professional support to maximize customer satisfaction and retentionSales & Technical Support: Collaborate with the Sales team to address technical inquiries, respond to RFPs, and develop tailored solutions that meet customer needs.Project Management: Plan, manage, and oversee customer installations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at optimal performance. Coordinate between customers, engineers, operations, and contractors.Site Qualification & Installation: Lead site assessments, prepare site specifications, and oversee installation, commissioning, and testing of Skytree systems.Content Development: Create technical materials, including presentations, user manuals, and onboarding guides, to support the sales process and customer education.Customer Feedback: Collect and relay market and customer feedback to the Engineering and Product teams for continuous product improvement.Monitoring & Services Activation: Ensure customers are onboarded into Skytree’s monitoring, alerting, and maintenance systems to deliver proactive, ongoing support.Stakeholder Management: Foster trust and collaboration among customers, internal teams, and external contractors to ensure seamless project execution.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR5+ years of experience in technical solution engineering, customer success, project management, or technical sales support, ideally within industrial hardware or climate tech sectors.Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related technical field.Proven ability to present and apply technical concepts to diverse audiences.
