They are the first point of contact for our Premier customers, Resolve problems with customers via telephone, email or chat sessions using technical product knowledge and strong interpersonal skills. Troubleshoot problems with appropriate applications, products and vendors. Identifie and documents customer issues, and escalates complex issues. Understand multiple applications and platforms.

MDM, EMM experience * Knowledge of Microsoft business applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
