• To liaise with business users and conduct system analysis and design for any changes required to the existing backend systems
• To perform programming of the enhancement items and regression test, load test and/or stress test whenever necessary
• To prepare and conduct system testing and user acceptance of enhancements and fixes
• To provide application support services such as liaison with users and vendors, system diagnosis, monitoring, repairing, recovering application systems, generating management and operation reports, training and helpdesk support to internal users
• To provide system maintenance and support of production services
• To update system documents, operation procedures, system configuration documents, drill plans, contingency plans, technical reports, user manuals etc.

Jobs Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subjects
• At least 4 years’ experience in IT industry
• At least 4 years or above solid IT application OR system development and integration experience
• Knowledge and solid experience in systems design, business analysis, and programming
• Knowledge and solid experience in the implementation of workflow systems and RESTful API
• Solid Experience in JavaScript Programming, JAVA Programming, Microsoft SQL Server, .Net Development and SQL
