To liaise with business users and conduct system analysis and design for any changes required to the existing backend systems
To perform programming of the enhancement items and regression test, load test and/or stress test whenever necessary
To prepare and conduct system testing and user acceptance of enhancements and fixes
To provide application support services such as liaison with users and vendors, system diagnosis, monitoring, repairing, recovering application systems, generating management and operation reports, training and helpdesk support to internal users
To provide system maintenance and support of production services
To update system documents, operation procedures, system configuration documents, drill plans, contingency plans, technical reports, user manuals etc.

Jobs Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subjects
At least 4 years’ experience in IT industry
At least 4 years or above solid IT application OR system development and integration experience
Knowledge and solid experience in systems design, business analysis, and programming
Knowledge and solid experience in the implementation of workflow systems and RESTful API
Solid Experience in JavaScript Programming, JAVA Programming, Microsoft SQL Server, .Net Development and SQL
