We focus on the delivery of services by developing strong relationships with our customers and respecting the different traditions and aspirations of our services and their staff.We are seeking an Technical Business Analyst to develop and produce accurate data to ensure informed evidence based decisions are made by our teams.As an all-round system and data expert and escalation point for technical support matters for:
- In house service management product called Information Technology Service Manager.
- Telephony systems.
- Level 1 and 2 support for all MS 365 applications.
- User Testing and Forms Design are also key components of this TBA role.
Once you have undergone training and are up to speed, there is the option for flexible working arrangements.Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and ExperienceTo be successful in this role you will need a minimum of five years experience in:
- Proven experience analysing, interpreting and summarizing complex data sets.
- Working with MS 365 applications and Adobe.
- Using visualisation tools such as Power BI.
- As a SharePoint Site Administrator.
- User testing.
SAP HCM and Spinifex technical knowledge and experience is desirable.Ideally you will enjoy working in a fast paced environment where things can and will change often. - You must have a five (5) year background history that can be verified and assessed appropriately by the NZ Security Intelligence Service (NZSIS) to determine if you are suitable for a security clearance at this level.
