Job description: Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled Technical Analyst to join our client.Contract Period: 12 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Rate: Starting from $34 per hour
Location: Toronto, ON
Location Type: Hybrid; onsite 2 days a week – 1 anchor day, Thursday
Business Hours: Monday to Friday; 9 AM to 5 PMJob Responsibilities:

• Gathering appropriate information on the change to be Implemented
• Providing status updates to TAO’s, Business Unit leaders and all other Stake Holders
• Conducting post-implementation reviews to validate the results of the change request
• Vendor interaction to resolve issues with minimal turnaround time
• Enterprise Change Management procedures and adherence to change requirements
• Daily monitoring for Windows and Unix application servers
• Own and coordinate resolution for incidents and coordinate with other teams for high priority incidents

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience as an IT Security professional supporting Windows and UNIX or mainframe-based applications in a multi-tiered environment
• Understand ITIL based change managed and governance
• Reviewing and maintaining up-to-date support documentation
• Good social, communication and technical writing skills
• Ability to work in and adapt to a changing environment
• Should have good leadership and change governance skills
