Job description: We are currently seeking a “Technical Analyst” for a contract role with one of our clients in Ottawa, ON/Remote. Please apply if you would be interested and available for it.Duration: 10+ MonthsAbout: We are seeking a seasoned Technical Analyst with extensive experience in PeopleSoft HR (MYGCHR) within Federal Government environments. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Application Designer, PS HRMS version 8.9 or higher, and strong understanding of Federal HR business processes.Key Responsibilities:Analyze, design, configure, test, and implement PeopleSoft HR modules in MYGCHR environments.Provide technical expertise and support for PeopleSoft HRMS applications, including versions 8.9, 9.1, and 9.2.Collaborate with functional analysts and stakeholders to gather and document technical requirements.Develop and maintain technical specifications, data mappings, and interface documentation.Design and develop customizations, interfaces, and reports using PeopleSoft Application Designer.Support data conversion, migration, and validation tasks as required.Troubleshoot technical issues and provide resolutions in a timely manner.Ensure compliance with federal HR data and security standards.Required Qualifications:Must have 10+ years of technical experience working with PeopleSoft HR, preferably in federal government settings.Hands-on experience with MYGCHR (Managed Government Human Capital Reporting).Strong proficiency in PeopleSoft Application Designer.Experience with PeopleSoft versions 8.9, 9.1, and 9.2.Proficiency in PS HRMS version 8.9 or higher.Solid understanding of federal HR and payroll systems.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and documentation abilities.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Federal Government HR modernization initiatives.Familiarity with other PeopleSoft tools such as PeopleCode, SQR, Application Engine, and Integration Broker.Regards,
