We are the CIO’s best friend; we support developing the vision and strategy for digital transformations that enable collaboration between business and IT.Technology is at the core of almost every business today, and TS&T is committed to transforming IT departments from traditional support functions into strategic drivers for organizational success. As trusted advisors to CIOs, we help shape the vision and strategy for digital transformations that bring business and IT closer together.We are a TS&T Nordic team of 160 consultants with diverse backgrounds and expertise, and you will be placed in our Danish office together with 60 close colleagues. We partner with some of the most prominent Nordic and global clients on their tech transformation journeys. To support our continued growth, we are looking for Manager/Senior Manager professionals to join our teams within the Consumer, Financial Services, or Life Science industries. We are seeking candidates who can guide our clients through complex digital transformations with a strong emphasis on tech-enabled initiatives. Relevant industry experience will be an advantage.In TS&T, we are organized according to our market offerings. Your focus will be based on your experience, ambitions, and interests. Below you will see an extract of services delivered within the different market offerings that might reflect your future engagements:Tech Strategy, Vision & Architecture

• Design and develop digital strategies with our clients
• Design, prepare, and run inspiration and content workshops for our clients on the latest tech trends and the impact they have on their businesses
• Support the mapping of business and enterprise architecture landscapes to enable simplification and optimization initiatives
• Design and develop large business and architectural changes based on scenarios, agile architecting, and other principles

Enterprise Transformation & Agility

• Lead our clients through their transformation journey from strategy to implementation
• Plan and deliver large technology transformation programs and projects
• Design and implement Lean IT Portfolio Management
• Support clients in their agile transformation

Business of Technology

• Design IT operating models, including everything from strategy, governance models, and processes to delivery models and mapping of applications and tools
• Perform maturity assessments of IT capabilities
• Analyze and optimize IT Financial Management and implement ITFM/TBM tools
• Perform IT cost review and design of IT cost reduction initiatives and benchmarking
• Develop sourcing and negotiation strategies, set up vendor management functions, or support clients in RFP and tender processes

QualificationsIn addition to having a sharp mind, we expect that you can confirm most of the following:

• You hold a relevant master’s degree or equivalent
• You can show a proven track record of leading successful tech transformations in large, complex organizations
• You have an interest in passion for and experience with project management within areas such as IT transformations, enterprise architecture, IT strategy, IT infrastructure, ITIL, agile methodology, IT operating models, IT Financial management, and technology sourcing
• You come with experience from the Consumer, Financial Services, or Life Science industry – either from an industry position or another top-tier consultancy
• You want to take an active role in building and leading teams, acting as a role model for junior talents by fostering an inclusive work environment that values diversity and collaboration across business functions.
• You have excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
• You have strong problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and a results-driven approach
• You are fluent in written and spoken English, and you should ideally have a high proficiency in Danish or a willingness to learn the language
• You have the legal right to live and work in Denmark
