About the companyOur client is a well-established retail banking group in Hong Kong. Due to the recent expansion, they are looking for a high calibre for a Team Manager position for their Business Sales Analysis and Communications team.About the jobReporting to the Head of Corporate Banking Business, you will develop quantitative analysis and suggest insights on corporate banking business and branch sales for senior management. You are required to analyze sales performance on banking customer segmentation, business sales performance, individual scorecard and front line sales targets to identify opportunities in driving sales. You are responsible for providing sales summary, business proposals and reports on market situations to local management and mainland China head office. In addition, you have to assist Dept Head in conducting budget planning, business recommendations and development strategies to maximum profits for the bank.The successful applicantTo qualify, the successful individual must possess:

• University Graduate, preferably in Business related disciplines.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales analysis roles in retail banks or corporate banks.
• Good knowledge in branch business and corporate banking operations with excellent presentation skills is highly preferred.
• Sound in conducting staff incentive reports, scorecard analysis and business performance results.
• Native Mandarin language background with banking experience is a must.
• Strong business sense, good people management and analytical skills.
• Proficient in using Excel and VBA and other statistical tools.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
