The resort forms part of a larger development that includes 300 high-end residential townhouses and villas, taking advantage of some of the most beautiful, unspoilt coastline in the Middle East.About the Job:An opportunity has arisen for a team leader – Reservation to join Reservation in Jumeirah Muscat Bay. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:· Oversee day-to-day activities, motivate and guide the team to achieve goals, and lead by example with compassion, honesty, and integrity.· Develop and implement timelines, delegate tasks, and brief staff on duties across various departments.· Ensure personnel, clients, and guests are greeted and attended to professionally and discreetly.· Compile duty rosters and advise on changes as necessary.· Prepare reports and maintain appropriate filing systems.· Manage stock, inventories, vendor directories, and contract agreements.QualificationsAbout you:The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:· 2 -3 years of experience, preferably with an international hospitality companyExperience of working in an international capacity and a clear understanding of cultural differences showcasing trust and respect for everyone.Essential· High School Diploma or similarDesired· Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or any other relevant fieldAbout the Benefits:This position offers a highly competitive salary and package which includes housing, annual flight tickets, medical and dental coverage, life and accident insurance, retail and leisure discounts, 50% discount off Jumeirah F&B Outlets and reduced hotel rates.
