Job description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader for our call center operations in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of running multiple outbound/inbound campaigns for USA, Canada, and UK markets. Experience in the trucking industry will be considered a significant advantage.Key Responsibilities:Lead, motivate, and manage a team of call center agents handling international campaigns (USA/Canada/UK).Monitor campaign performance, set targets, and ensure KPIs are met.Train and coach team members to achieve high levels of customer service and sales performance.Handle escalations, resolve issues, and maintain a positive team environment.Prepare reports and provide feedback to management on campaign progress.Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and results.
