Write the next chapter of your ABB story.This position reports toDepartment ManagerYour role and responsibilities· Leads growing team of 14+ people · Further develops the team skills and competencies in the area of planning, financial control and project manage-ment · Develops, and continuously improves project controls processes based on ABB guidelines · Define best practices in project planning and controls area · Sets-up and supervises the Project Controls activities and ensure that all Project Controls services are provided to the project · Supervises project controls execution and performance through scheduled project reviews · Participates in implementation of standardized processes and tools in Local Divisions · Motivates and coaches the team · Builds and maintains good relationship with key stakeholders and actively find new opportunities for cooperation and team growthQualifications for the role

• · Experience in people management
• · Past experience in planning, project controls or project management
• · Knowledge of SAP
• · MSP, Primavera or other planning tool know-how is an advantage
• · Know-how of ABB project management principles
• · Good communication skills
• · Pro-active and self-driven personality
• · Ability to motivate others and further develop the team
• · Advanced in English – daily active communication
• · German language is an advantage
