Job description: Team Lead, Merchant Business for Small EnterprisesJob Purpose

• Responsible for growing sales, market share revenue and productivity of accredited small- sized merchants with main focus on P2M/e-wallet and/or new product expansion in its cluster area
• Leads and manages pool of Merchant Associates small maintain to prospect , accredit, and merchants
• Creates materials for and conducts trainings to accredited merchants regarding the accreditation process/proper card acceptance/policies of the bank.

• Leads the preparations and implementation of new businesses and projects under the cluster

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• With at least 3- 5 years work experience in sales/marketing, banking, financial, FinTech or telecommunications industry
• Exposure to merchant acquiring and sales is an advantage

• Should have strong account solicitation skills and effective negotiation skills

Note: Hiring for various locations including North Luzon, South Luzon, Central Luzon, NCR, Visayas and Mindanao
