He or she is also responsible to develop strategy to leverage on the organisation’s capabilities to grow market share and revenue. The Team Lead, Contract Financing will be reporting to the Head of Contract Financing.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopment of guidebooks for each industry by evaluating the ecosystem and identifying key focus areas for business opportunity, risk and mitigating factors, as marketing and credit tools for BCB ​R​elationship Managers (RMs).Provide advice, guidance and assistance for BCB ​R​Ms in preparing their credit proposal for the respective industry via the respective Industry Specialist.Evaluate market trends and competitive information whilst identifying trends that affect the respective industry current and future growth​.Empowered to jointly approve / recommend credit applications, ad-hoc requests, credit requests, etc. as stipulated under the given discretionary power.Directs business development initiatives within the BCB, inclusive of efficient resource deployment and customer interactions in accordance to the Bank’s corporate objectives.​Job RequirementsBachelor’s Degree holder.Malaysian Citizen.15 years of experience in relationship management and credit analysis/ credit evaluation, or specialization in contract financing.Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills with individuals at all organizational levels.Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.About Hong Leong BankWe are a leading financial institution in Malaysia backed by a century of entrepreneurial heritage.
