Job description: Randstad is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our dynamic team. Shift: 5:30 am to 1:30 pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: $24 per hour

Training on our warehouse management system (SAP) will be provided

Your key responsibilities will include:
Overseeing a team of warehouse associates
Ensuring efficient warehouse operations
Maintaining high performance standards
Proficient operation of an electric counterbalance forklift
Daily task assignments and performance monitoring
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:Prior supervisory or team lead experience, demonstrating strong leadership qualities
Familiarity with Outlook and spreadsheets
Experience operating an electric counterbalance forklift
Prior experience with warehouse management systems (SAP experience a plus)Summary
