Job description: Company OverviewOur client is a prominent and established company with a strong global presence. They are currently seeking a Tax Manager to join their well-established team, overseeing US and global corporate tax responsibilities, including compliance and advisory services. This position provides exceptional exposure within a prominent organization, with opportunities to engage in transfer pricing and regional tax initiatives.Responsibilities

• Manage tax-related activities across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to local laws and regulations
• Develop internal tax reports to support decision-making
• Prepare transfer pricing documentation to protect the company’s interests
• Formulate and execute tax strategies to enhance the company’s tax efficiency and reduce risks
• Collaborate with tax authorities and external consultants to address disputes and challenges
• Track updates in tax legislation and assess their implications for business operations
• Offer tax advice and support to internal teams and stakeholders
• Perform tax audits, maintain relationships with external auditors, and keep detailed tax records

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., HKICPA, CPAA, ACCA) are highly preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in tax management
• Candidates with fewer years of experience may be considered for an Assistant Manager role
• Preference for candidates with both Big 4 and in-house tax experience
• Strong expertise in US and global tax frameworks
• Proficient communication skills in both Mandarin and English
