Having won a significant amount of new business over the last few years and with continued growth they are able to offer long term career opportunities and a role that will challenge and interest you.Based in the CBD and reporting to the Head of the Tax Product you will join a small team responsible for driving the development and enhancement of their global tax solutions for fund services. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the product strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class tax processing and reporting solutions.Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Development: Define and execute the roadmap for tax solutions in custody services, aligning with client needs and market trends.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure products comply with local and global tax regulations
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations, technology, legal, and risk, to develop and implement tax-related product enhancements.
• Client Engagement: Gather feedback from clients and industry stakeholders to refine the product offering.
• Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay ahead of industry changes and competitive trends in custody tax solutions.

The successful candidate will have

• 5+ years experience within Tax Accounting for Custodian, Superannuation provider or Asset Manager.
• A strong understanding of the rules and regulation and be able to interpret these to be used in a practical sense.
• This is a role that will require you to liaise with many internal and external clients so the ability to build and nurture strong relationships is essential
