We are looking for experienced, innovative and motivated IT Specialists to support enablement of USAREUR-AF and their Mission Partners mission objectives.CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed,Task 7 Command and Control (C2) Systems and Task 8 Operations, Plans, and Exercises (OPS & PLEX), SME. This position is in support of the EMITS 2 Task Order Business Office (TBO), located in Wiesbaden, Germany. This position is located OCONUS.Responsibilities:Provides management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of Task 7 C2 Systems Support and Task 8 OPS & PLEX support functionsDefines and ensures application of C2 systems and Operations, Plans, and Exercises standardized processes, procedures, and tools across EMITS 2 operationsCollaborates with the MPL Operations Manager and MPLs to tailor C2 systems and OPS & PLEX standardized processes and procedures to meet specific MP requirementsCollaborates with the MP Operations Manager and Mission Continuity Office (MCO) to identify required training and certifications for personnel supporting C2 systems and OPS & PLEX rolesSupports Innovation Council Meetings and attends and participates in weekly technical status meetingsMaintains knowledge and expertise on emerging policies and technologies that impact or support improvements to C2 systems and OPS & PLEX processes, procedures, and toolsIdentifies applicable innovations and emerging technologies and develops and recommends technology insertion and continuous improvement projects that improve efficiency and effectiveness of the C2 systems and OPS & PLEX processesDevelops project planning schedule that addresses the strategy, logistics, and resources required to successfully complete technology insertion and continuous improvement projects.Develops project Work Breakdown Structures (WBSs) and schedules that identify key milestones and provides critical path informationManages projects in accordance with the EMITS 2 Program Management Plan, including risk and communications management and quality managementMonitors and assesses Task 7 and 8 functional process performance and corrects deficient Task 7 and 8 processesPromulgates C2 systems and OPS & PLEX process corrective actions, improvements, lessons learned, and best practices across all MP teamsSupports MPLs with investigations into Task 7 and 8 process issues and rapidly adapting to dynamic requirements changesPossesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignmentsPossesses domain and expert technical knowledgeSupervises multi-function project teams consisting of 5 to 15 personnelQualifications:Required:Currently hold an adjudicated Top Secret Clearance and be able to obtain an SCIBA/BS +13 years recent experienceCertification CISSO or GCIA or GCSA or GCLD or GICSP or CISSP-ISSAP or CISSP-ISSEPRequires seasoned Subject Matter Expert to lead and manage C2 System Support and OPS & PLEX support functions across EMITS 2 operations.Defines and implements advanced standardized processes, procedures, and tools for C2 Systems and OPS & PLEX.Supervises multi-function project teams of 5-15 personnel. Collaborates with key stakeholders to tailor processes and identify training requirements.Maintains expertise on emerging policies and technologies, recommending innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.Develops comprehensive project plans, including detailed work breakdown structures (WBS) and schedules with critical path information.Manages complex projects emphasizing risk, communications, and quality management.Monitors and optimizes functional process performance, disseminating best practices across teams.Conducts expert investigations into task processes and provides strategic guidance to facilitate rapid adaptation to dynamic requirement changes.Possesses and applies expertise on multiple, complex work assignments.Possesses domain and expert technical knowledge.Desired:Adaptable to changing circumstances and operational needsUnderstanding of Department of Defense Military standardsExperience with DoD IT security requirementsWhat You Can Expect:A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
