Join our dynamic team as a Talent Officer, providing essential administrative support to both the Talent and People Systems and Analytics functions. You will play a crucial role in supporting the talent attraction and recruitment for a portfolio of schools and office teams, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement of our Recruitment System/Human Resource Information System (HRIS).About the Role:
- Provide timely and accurate recruitment advice to key stakeholders.
- Prepare and post job advertisements on various job boards.
- Efficiently maintain multiple email inboxes and social media accounts.
- Accurately input data to support recruitment and employment processes, ensuring workflows are completed.
- Maintain efficient electronic records
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of talent and people systems processes by providing feedback to senior team members.
About you:
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, to manage inboxes, post job ads, update Spire intranet pages, maintain spreadsheets and support across the team with various administrative and recruitment related activities
- Highly organised and can manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Have excellent communication skills and can build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Have an interest in talent management and a keen eye for detail
- Adhere to and apply established people and culture policies and processes, seeking assistance from senior team members when needed.
- Previous experience in a school environment and an interest in talent attraction is highly regarded
- Be able to undertake a National Criminal Check as part of the pre-employment screening process.
