• Engage with business leaders & HRBPs to understand business objectives, diagnose and assess required organizational, leadership and performance capabilities
• Stay updated with leadership development trends – skills, tools and frameworks & apply them

• Discover impactful insights and make performance / capability enhancing recommendations to supported stakeholders

• Design, develop and execute leadership development journeys and interventions

• Do program management leadership development journeys and interventions

• Facilitate leadership development workshops at mid-leadership level

• Track and report learning outcomes, behavioral change and business impact

• Develop strong relationships internally and with external resources / vendors
