Job Type: Full TimeWhat You’ll Do

  • Act as a strategic advisor to HRBPs and business leaders on talent capability and leadership development
  • Design and implement end-to-end global talent and leadership programs, including digital learning and experiential interventions
  • Lead coaching engagements and support leaders in embedding on-the-job development
  • Build toolkits, resources, and curated content that promote continuous learning and development
  • Oversee partnerships with external vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver consistent, high-impact learning outcomes
  • Track and report talent metrics, build dashboards, and evaluate learning effectiveness using structured frameworks
  • Champion a culture of development and learning through strategic programming and manager enablement
  • Drive knowledge sharing on talent reviews, development planning, calibration sessions, and capability building
  • Manage global talent data, reporting, and analysis to support leadership pipeline decisions
  • Travel globally to support the implementation and facilitation of strategic learning initiatives

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Proven experience in large-scale leadership and talent development across international organizations
  • Ability to deliver and facilitate training programs with measurable outcomes
  • Coaching and assessment certification required
  • Commercial acumen and deep understanding of organizational dynamics
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills across multicultural environments
  • Comfortable with global travel on short notice
  • Multilingual abilities highly preferred
