Talent is at the heart of that growth — and that’s where you come in.The RoleWe’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a contract basis to join our lean and nimble People team.You’ll work alongside our COO (and a fractional talent partner) to build a steady pipeline of amazing people, with a focus on customer-facing roles across Sales, Success, and Support.What You’ll DoOwn full-cycle recruiting for key go-to-market rolesPartner with hiring managers to deeply understand team needs and ideal profilesSource, screen, and guide candidates through a seamless and personalized processHelp build and improve our recruiting infrastructure, tools, and workflowsBe a trusted ambassador of the Fulfil.io brand and cultureProven experience recruiting for customer-facing roles in B2B SaaS, ideally in Series A-B environmentsA self-starter who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environmentsSomeone who cares deeply about candidate experience and hiring manager partnershipBased in Toronto and available to be in-office 5 days/weekReady to hit the ground running — this is a hands-on, high-impact roleLocation: Toronto, Canada (Onsite, 4- 5 days/week at Yonge & Adelaide)
