Working closely with the hiring managers, you will drive and lead the recruitment process from sourcing, screening through to shortlisting, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and stakeholders. Your ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates whilst delivering quality outcomes will be the cornerstone of your success. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively source and engage talent via platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent Search, job boards, networking, and referrals
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs
  • End-to-End Recruitment
  • Ensure an efficient, timely, and positive candidate experience throughout the process
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and role requirements
  • Advise on recruitment strategies and provide guidance on best practices
  • Present shortlists and support hiring decisions with confidence
  • Promote diversity and inclusion in all recruitment efforts, ensuring fair and equitable hiring practices

To be successful in this Talent Acquisition Partner role, you will have:

  • Proven experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of sourcing and recruitment methodologies and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficient in utilising technology solutions and recruitment tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proven experience operating efficiently, proactively and relatively autonomously in a busy, hands-on role
