Job description: Description We are seeking a skilled Tableau Developer to join our team in BGC, Taguig for a hybrid set-up. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in developing dynamic dashboards and reports using Tableau, helping our organization make data-driven decisions. Responsibilities Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau. Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Tableau solutions. Optimize Tableau reports for performance and usability. Collaborate with data engineers to ensure accurate data integration and visualization. Provide support and training to end-users on Tableau functionalities. Skills and Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in Tableau development and dashboard creation. Proficient in SQL and data modeling concepts. Strong understanding of data visualization best practices. Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. Ability to work with large datasets and complex data structures. Familiarity with other BI tools and technologies is a plus. Exposure to Banking, Financial, or any Insurance companies is a plus. Arrangement & Benefits Project-based engagement (6 months-1 year initial contract; subject for continuous extensions) Open for absorption but not guaranteed Government-mandated benefits (SSS, Pagibig, Philhealth, 13th month pay) Service Incentive Leaves and HMO after 6 months
