Job description: The Tableau Developer is responsible for designing and implementing high-quality data visualizations and dashboards that effectively communicate insights and support decision-making processes. Primary duties may include but are not limited to: Create and optimize interactive dashboards and visualizations to meet business needs and goals. Develop and implement visualizations to represent data insights effectively. Create interactive elements to enhance user experience and data exploration. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) with stakeholders to ensure functionality and performance. Basic Qualifications: Proficiency in developing Tableau dashboards with a strong understanding of data visualization best practices. Solid experience in data analysis and interpretation. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Job Requirements: Requires a BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field and 3 years of experience in data visualization or Tableau development, or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background Preferred requirements include experience in SQL and familiarity with data warehousing concepts Strongly preferred are excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
