• Monitor IT systems and infrastructure performance, ensure pro-active resolution of problems and that security is not compromised.
• Provide technical assistance and support for requests.
• Automate tasks and monitor their effectiveness.
• Install and maintain software including operating systems using Microsoft InTune and SCCM.
• Monitoring and maintain networks (LAN, SD-WAN, WLAN) and security appliances (Firewalls, IPS, Netscaler etc).
• Ensure cyber security solutions and tools are kept up to date.
• Respond to and investigate identified security issues.
• Day to day administration of the ERP system.
• Pro-active monitoring and addressing of vulnerabilities.
• Implementing best practices for system security and data backups.
• Identify potential opportunities for enhancements play a key a part in various system improvement projects.
• Participate in the on-call IT support rotation.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Systems Administrator or Engineer in a Windows and Microsoft-centric environment.
• Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and related services.
• Experience with Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 administration.
• Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, VMware).
• Scripting skills with PowerShell for automation and system management.
• Familiarity with network protocols, security, and firewall configuration.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Experince working with factory system applications supporting Unix systems
