You will join Supply Chain Development, where you will become part of an international team of 12 process and technical specialists. We are responsible for supporting supply chain projects, e.g., building a new factory or integrating a new company into our ERP systems, aligned with our standard processes.

As a Systems Development Manager, you will design global systems solutions in Oracle E1. Part of your responsibility will be to support Oracle E1 users with expert knowledge and act as an internal consultant for users of global solutions.More specifically, you will:

• Drive the implementation of supply chain-related systems improvements in Oracle E1 – all the way to test and deployment
• Participate in cross-functional projects as the Oracle E1 systems expert for Supply Chain
• Engage with global end users and process owners to understand processes and needs
• Translate UI challenges as well as underlying process requirements approved by global process owners into global systems solutions
• Secure user adoption through change management activities, user instructions, documentation (including test scripts and cases), etc.
• Be the first point of contact for system change requests, including clarifying gains and implications, as well as recommending prioritisation towards IT

You can expect to travel about 10-20 days a year.Use your experience with ERP systems – preferably Oracle EnterpriseOne
You are service-minded and enjoy working with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. You are both persistent and patient in your contribution, while recognising the complexity of cross-functional projects.
You preferably have some experience with Oracle E1 and running change management activities with global stakeholders.Alternatively, we imagine that you have:

• 4+ years of experience working with and implementing ERP systems
• A master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or similar
• A firm grip on UI applications and integration into other systems
• A good understanding of transactional data
• Strong communication skills (fluency in English)
