Job description: Are you an experienced supply chain professional looking for an exciting temporary role? We are seeking a dedicated CMO, Device & Auxiliary Supply Chain Planner to join our team for 4-6 months as a vacancy replacement. Exciting Opportunity: CMO, Device & Auxiliary Supply Chain Planner (Temporary Replacement, 4-6 Months)Location: Vienna, Austria
Start Date: March 1, 2025Functions:

• Key supply chain contact for CMO partners

• Perform monthly alignments (MPS generation & hand-over, pre-plan check) with CMO partners.
• Align on critical supply chain aspects, esp. capacity commitment, lead time targets, projects, with the supply chain counterpart at the CMO(s).
• Work order handling, daily execution & performance metrics for CMO

• Place ERP work orders (WO) in accordance with the master production schedule.
• Place shipment orders according to the shipment schedule.
• Monitor execution of the MPS at the CMO partner and adjust WOs accordingly.
• Regular interaction with CMO on operational topics, esp. order status and inventory, and supporting departments, e.g., Quality or logistics, to assure daily execution.
• Place purchase orders for specific CMO services and materials (e.g., data logger, secondary packaging material).
• Generate, track, and publish performance metrics of CMO partners.
• Inventory transactions, monitoring & reconciliation for CMO

• Perform ERP transactions in accordance with data received from the CMO partner (movement files, stock reports, etc.).
• Assure accuracy of data and highlight necessary corrective transactions towards the CMO partner.
• Mirror transactions in the respective ERP system.
• Execute and support inventory reconciliation for month/quarter-end financial close.
• Prepare and support yearly stock count activities at CMO partners.
• Device & auxiliaries supply chain planning

• Generate the ordering plan for devices and issue the orders in the ERP system.
• Monitor delivery status of devices and issue resolution/escalation in case of delays.
• Assure proper master data is set up by master data management for the respective devices.
• Develop the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for auxiliaries (currently pH20 filled in Vienna) and align it with the respective production planner.
• Drive projects for continuous improvements of own tasks and contribute to internal/external process improvement projects.

• Salary: The minimum salary according to the chemical industry collective agreement is €3,307.50 gross per month. The actual compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.

• Bachelor’s degree in business economics, logistics, supply chain management, business informatics, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP or JD Edwards).
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong leadership and networking skills.
• Excellent English skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of German or other languages.

Expected salary: €3307.5 per month
