• Manage inventory levels in all e-commerce channels across Watsons website, Lazada, Shopee and TikTok Shop, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure stock availability meet each platform’s forecast demand.
• Ensure smooth operational flow for all stock movement in online store, identify and follow up with local and regional stakeholder on system inventory issue.
• Knowledge in analytical tools for tracking sales trend and provide in depth data analysis on market trends and customer behaviors, to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regularly review existing operational process, providing actionable insights and recommendations to ensure alignment with online business objective and marketing goals.
• Track and measure company KPI’s and ensure all time meet basic minimum on regional’s operating standard.
• Prepare weekly meeting report, assist on new project and follow up on ad hoc task.
• Ensure all database are well organize, keep for audit trail and future reference.
• Serve as a point of contact and subject matter expert for Online Business team regarding inventory status, providing timely updates before each promotion campaign effective.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must posses at least Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management/ International Business/ Ecommerce or Business relevant.
• At least 3-4 years working experience in E-Commerce related industry, preferable with experience in managing marketplace.
• Understanding online sales strategies, e-commerce end to end user journey, behaviour and experience is a plus.
• proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially in managing big data in Excel and operational reporting.
• Knowledge of SQL is an added advantage.
• Proactive team player, multitask and strong attention to detail whilst under pressure.
• Have innovative and good problem solving skills, dissecting root causes of problems and implementing solutions.
• Self-starter traits, take ownership and able to work in fast pace working environment.
