And with biosolutions, the possibilities for transformation are endless.We’re here to better our world with biology.Join us as Supply Chain Project ManagerThis role involves applying the advanced technologies to drive efficiency and ensure high level of customer experience during the customer interactions.Welcome to the Global O2C teamThe Global Order to Cash (O2C) team is situated within the Supply Chain Development organization, with focus on enhancing the overall customer experience and meeting customer expectations through optimization of processes and the implementation of additional digital solutions. O2C is tasked to coordinate cross regions on a global scale to optimize and standardize the order to cash processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive business success.We are a team of approx.10 highly skilled and dedicated professionals, in different locations globally, Denmark, Poland, and India, working closely with key stakeholders cross all regions globally.The team is diverse including roles such as talented individuals responsible for Implementation of EDI Integrations with customers and freight forwarders, Product Owners within e-commerce platform, order fulfilment, Salesforce Service Cloud, AI automation and customer master data lead.In this role you’ll make an impact by:

• Plan, execute, lead and finalize a variety of projects within the order to cash process, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate and manage project teams, ensuring all members are aligned with project objectives
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline and resource allocation
• Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular reporting
• Lead change management efforts so ensure smooth implementation and adoption by the end users
• Collaborate with key stakeholders in customer service organizations globally to understand their requirements and ensure seamless integration of order to cash initiatives.
• Drive process improvements and optimizations within the order to cash cycle, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, develop proposals for new processes, tools, systems etc
• Investigate new tools and systems as well as best practices from other companies and market
• Provide operation support for the projects once its in production, to ensure the continuous optimization

To succeed you must have:

• Good understanding of order-to-cash processes, and customer inquiry handling flows
• Possess a strong track record in project and stakeholder management of cross-functional global projects, e.g. EDI, API, RPA
• Have experience with development projects within SAP SD
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, able to collaborate with colleagues on all levels of the organization
• Exhibit strong analytical approach with data-centric recommendation
• Show a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach in navigating uncertainties
• Have experience with managing development backlogs and capacity prioritization
