Job description: POSITION PURPOSEAs a Supply Chain Business Data Analyst at Zentiva, you will play a key role in driving data-based decision-making within the Supply Chain organization. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining impactful BI reports, insightful analyses, and compelling PowerPoint presentations, along with building data models and analytical tools that support strategic and operational goals.In this cross-functional role, you will collaborate closely with teams across External Supply Operations (ESO), Zentiva Global Functions, and Zentiva Markets Supply Chain, contributing to the continuous improvement and performance of our supply network.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Define and deliver key metrics and dashboards to track and manage supply chain performance.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights that support informed decision-making across the supply chain.
• Actively monitor inventory actualization reports, identify problem areas, and support the development of mitigation actions.
• Design and implement systems for in-transit inventory transparency, and contribute to initiatives aimed at reducing lead times and inventory levels.
• Support the creation of reporting tools using company platforms such as BW and Power BI.
• Gather, clean, and validate datasets from multiple data sources to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Identify critical insights and help shape the data framework that supports the organization’s analytical capabilities.
• Develop tools that enhance or automate existing processes and support new process implementation.
• Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for newly introduced or improved processes.
• Build and maintain peer, cross-functional, and intercompany relationships to leverage best practices and promote reliability and long-term sustainability.
• Contribute to communication plans for project timelines and change management activities related to Supply Chain policies and operations.
• Analyze system gaps and recommend improvements to enhance overall performance and efficiency.
• Deliver targeted internal training programs for the Supply Chain team (e.g., Power BI, Master Data, Basic SAP, Reporting, Excel).
• Lead the onboarding and induction process for new team members, covering areas such as Master Data, Supply Chain, and Planning.
• Collaborate, align, and communicate effectively with key stakeholders (Market Supply Chain, Plant Supply Chain, Launch Management, Transfers, Quality, Regulatory, IT, and others) to plan, consolidate, and deliver on business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED SKILLS

• Relevant experience in data analytics, preferably within Supply Chain.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and interpret large datasets accurately.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard development.
• Solid knowledge of Excel and experience with SAP tables.
• Experience with SQL and statistical programming; familiarity with machine learning techniques is a plus.
• Skilled in creating reports, presentations, and performance reviews.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and support strategic decisions.
• Understanding of how business processes align with systems and data.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including with senior leaders.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Fluent in English.
