ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Implement Supply Qualification Module (SQM)and the Supplier performance (SPM) at the level of the plant (Outside Group and Inside Group suppliers) Implement the containment, corrective and preventives actions to solve the technical part quality issues of the plant using the 8D methodology. Check the effectiveness of the supplier actions Escalate to Supplier Quality & Development team when needed Implement the qualification of the part through the Part Product Evaluation Plan (PPEP) within the Product Evolution Process (ROHS, etc.) and participate actively to the PPEP with Develop and Optmize Process (formerly known as PMP and PEP) Ensure effectiveness of PPEP for Supplies delivered to the plant Manage the incoming inspection policy and optimize it Monitor supplier quality Performance at the Plan level and reports it Participate to the Supplier Approval Module (SAM) process Follow the SAM supplier status to ensure the improvement of the plant supplier Panel PCBA/PCB/Semi-con knowledge (ESSENTIAL) KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS – REQUIRED Higher technical education or equivalent (Mechanical or Electrical). Professional in supply quality assurance Good knowledge of the manufacturing processes Customer First Mindset SAM Auditor PPEP Strong Leadership Strong influencing skills Ability to communicate efficiently KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS – DESIRED BUT NOT ESSENTIAL Six Sigma PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES Customer oriented Strong Leadership Strong influencing skills
